Casey Hrynkow Shewchuk co-owned and ran design firm Herrainco Brand Strategy with her husband, Ray Hrynkow, for over 35 years.
After his tragic death, her work matured and changed. She developed a passion for design research and design thinking and has honed this specialty into a primary skill.
Today she runs a small strategic firm called WIK*D Design Thinking for Social Change. She has soft spots for communities, Indigenous governments, people experiencing poverty and homelessness, her two dogs Dudley and Daisy…and her “new” husband of eight years, Gerry Shewchuk.
