She has applied research-driven and human-centered methods to address complex design challenges in projects spanning government services, education, social assistance, and healthcare. A graduate of the University of Alberta’s Bachelor of Design program, she pursued a specialization in the social sciences to deepen her understanding of psychological, social, and cultural factors in design. This interdisciplinary foundation shapes her interest in exploring the intersections of design, technology, and human experience.
