We request that you make sure to use the email address you received this link from; that is the one we have on record for your previous subscription, and it will allow us to manually match the length of your free trial of the new Descan subscription to the time remaining on the existing subscription.

If your email address has changed or you have any other questions, please contact info@descan.ca before your set up your new Descan subscription.

Note: As your current subscription is billed monthly, upon submission of this form, we will set your previous monthly subscription to end before the next payment is charged.
