It’s through the effort of individuals that our organization prospers and provides leadership for the design industry. Working collectively they are dedicated team players who bring a wide range of skill, knowledge, and personality to their chapter.

DesCan volunteers all serve their chapter as equal Board Members. Get involved through your chapter.

We offer many ways of getting involved including planning and organizing local events, supporting various committees, driving scholarship and award programs, providing mentorship, supporting communications initiatives, collaborating with local leaders, among others. Let’s not forget the fun, friends, and social stuff too!

Each DesCan chapter is a flexible entity created and developed by volunteers to serve the mission of the Society and the contextual requirements of that city.
