Tétro is looking for a talented designer to join our team in a full-time, onsite, permanent role. (Not forever permanent, unless that’s your thing.) The ideal candidate is confident, passionate, and driven to create meaningful, impactful work. You excel in collaboration but are equally comfortable leading your own projects. We’re drawn to strong portfolios that showcase both talent and creativity. Whether you have three years or thirteen years of experience, we’re looking for someone whose work stands out and complements our approach.

What you’ll bring:
- Post-secondary education in design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications. Skills and experience in motion graphics, UI/UX design, and web design are highly valued.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills—creativity is key, but deadlines matter.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A willingness to share ideas and learn from others.
