Brands become business systems. Fourteen years of building systems at every scale — from manufactured products and 3D machine parts, through national retail programs for global wine & spirits brands, to the brand, events, and digital products of Canada's national body for the payroll profession. As Brand & Creative Lead at the National Payroll Institute, my role spans the brand end-to-end: the visual system and governance that keeps it consistent across every department and vendor; creative direction for the national conference, five years running; performance campaigns; and the digital products that support it all. Experience across every layer between an idea and a shipped outcome has shaped a clear approach: brand as infrastructure — governed, measurable, and scalable. I especially like “Brands become business systems.” It feels less like a personal claim and more like a point of view, which positions you at a more senior, strategic level.
