Erika Rathje (BDes, CDP) believes that designers have an opportunity and responsibility to make a positive impact both in our communities and globally. For over 15 years, she has worked with Canadian non-profit organizations on a wide range of projects that focus on the environment, climate change and social justice. She is motivated by the success of purpose-driven organizations in increasing engagement and solving the challenging issues of our time. Erika has a unique combination of graphic design, web design and web development expertise.
