With a multidisciplinary background in design and management, I am convinced of the transformative power of design in the business world. I am passionate about leveraging user-centered design as a strategic tool, a catalyst for innovation, and a driver of growth for enterprises.
I recently completed a Master of Science in Management with a focus on user experience in business contexts at HEC Montréal, where I was a Student Researcher at Tech3Lab, the largest public UX research lab in North America. During this time and in partnership with CAE inc., I led a unique research project on human-AI interaction in VR simulation learning environments as part of my Master's thesis. I continue to contribute to the lab part-time, working on diverse projects and now collaborating with multiple industry partners, further deepening my expertise and broadening my perspectives.
I advocate for a holistic design approach that delivers real value to businesses and society—not only by creating innovative products but also by empowering teams and individuals, boosting their performance and synergy.
