Richard Osborne is an accomplished marketing professional, and graphic designer, with more than 30 years’ experience. He has a passion for helping businesses grow and focuses on practical digital strategies to help them attract more customers, build customer loyalty, and grow market share.
He is a graduate of the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design [NSCAD University] and has received both a degree in Communication Design (B.Des.) and Fine Arts (BFA). He has also earned the professional certification, Certified Design Professional (CDP), conferred by the Design Professionals of Canada.
Richard is the founder and CEO of Vanguard Solutions, a marketing agency that helps businesses “get seen where their customers are looking”. The agency focuses on the customer’s journey — identifying and solving the problems customers might experience, and helping businesses find new opportunities to create a great customer experience.
Since 2009, Vanguard Solutions has helped businesses grow their bottom line with engaging, results-based, advertising and marketing for print and the Internet.
In his free time, Richard participates in various outdoor activities year-round, like hiking, camping, cycling and snowshoeing. When feeling creative he draws, paints, or takes photographs. He is also passionate about social dancing and dances many Ballroom, Latin, and club dances. Otherwise, he can be found attempting to herd cats at his home in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada.
