Fill out this form to confirm your current membership and create your profile. Please include your payment information (your card won’t be charged until the end of your valid pay period). 

Make sure to use the email address you received this link from; that is the one we have on record for your previous account, and it will allow us to manually match the length of your current membership with the updated Descan profile to complete the time remaining on your account.

If your email address has changed or you have any other questions, please contact director@descan.ca before your set up your new Descan subscription.

Note: You may see a different start date than your existing Descan subscription, but we will adjust this manually before you are charged.
