Join Dr. Natasha Ghosh and learn about the mind-body connection and effective, science-based breathwork techniques to experience relief from stress and anxiety symptoms (such as spiraling thoughts, tightness in the stomach and chest, etc).
You will walk away from this workshop with:
- An understanding of (and how to break) the negative feedback loop between the mind and the body that can increase feelings of anxiety and stress.
- Two easy-to-use, evidence-based breath techniques that will stop anxious feelings in the moment.
We will practice the techniques together so that you can see firsthand how they can positively impact your mental and emotional state and you will feel confident using them on your own. Whether you are new to breathwork or have some experience, this event is open to everyone looking to reduce stress and anxiety and enhance their overall sense of peace
Your facilitator:
This workshop is led by Dr. Natasha Ghosh (Registered Clinical Counsellor, Certified Hypnotherapist and Breathwork Practitioner). Natasha has over 20 years of experience in the field of Psychology including university instructor, running a thriving therapy practice and as a mental health expert featured in the news. Natasha loves supporting clients as they change and discover that spark of insight that moves them towards more authentic and easeful living.
